Schedule Overview
What are the different learning opportunities at Conference?
General Sessions are the three major gatherings at Conference where everyone comes together: opening session, closing luncheon, and, this year, an interactive session on audience development.
Constituency Meetings are stimulating meetings with those who best understand the challenges of your position: your peers with similar responsibilities at their orchestra. These meetings are open to delegates from member orchestras and artistic disciplines, with content that is tailored to the constituency group.
Electives are panels and presentations on major topics for the orchestra field.
Innovation Sessions are sponsored presentations from our business partners where they’ll share expertise and best practices borne from their unique view of the industry.
Discovery Sessions are a new conversation-based cross-constituency format that we are piloting this year. Open to all Conference attendees and built off the framework of constituency meetings, Discovery Sessions will begin with a short presentation, followed by facilitated discussions. Discover what's working for your colleagues and come prepared to share thoughts, ideas, questions, and successes of your own.
The Tech Fair is a half-day event (included in your Conference registration) showcasing a variety of technology offerings. See what’s new and learn how peers are incorporating technology solutions into their daily operations.
Available for an additional fee, Pre-Conference Seminars give you a unique networking opportunity with a topic expert and a small group of orchestra peers. For 4 hours, you’ll work together to gain practical tools, build relationships, and deepen your professional expertise.
