FAQ's 1. Do I need to bring my laptop? Bringing your laptop will enhance your experience by allowing you to customize your participation in the session. 2. What if I don't have one? We encourage you to still attend the session and participate in the live discussion. 3. Is Mac ok? Yes. 4. How do I get online? If your laptop has a wireless card, you will be given a password to log on to the Internet. If you don't have a wireless card, a limited number of Ethernet connections will be available on a first come first served basis. Technicians will be there to help. 5. What if my battery cannot last 3 hours? The number of electrical outlets in the room is limited; they will be available on a first come first served basis. 6. What do I do when I get online? You go to www.artsjournal.com/league; it's all self-explanatory from there. 7. Can I use my PDA/Blackberry to participate? Yes. You can email your questions to league@artsjournal.com. All email submissions will be fed in to the blog. 8. When will the blogging start? The online discussion begins June 14 at www.artsjournal.com. Nightly emails with will go out with highlights of the day's discussion. 9. I'd like to receive those emails. How do I sign up? Go to www.artsjournal.com and look for an orange RSS button in the artsJournalblogs sidebar. Click on it and follow the instructions to sign up. |
